The company has a modern CNC machine shop and best stainless is ground, buffed and polished by hand to a mirror finish to assist in making a quality part. In the passivation process after buffing, acid and rinsing remove surface contaminants from the products and produce a hydrous oxide film which enhances corrosion resistance. Every production shipment tested and certified.
